Returns - While we will gladly accept returns on yarns within three months, the yarn must be in salable condition with the original receipt. However, sale yarns, other sale items, books, needles and special orders cannot be returned. |

Special Orders - If you need a yarn that we do not normally carry in stock we will be happy to special order it, however, in this case it must be by the bag and is not returnable. If there is an item that we are do not currently have in stock but do normally carry we will place a special order for you. |

Mail Orders - We do not currently offer online ordering but will be happy to take your order over the phone at 800.849.4054 or via e-mail at bonknit@peoplepc.com (please do not send credit card information via e-mail!) We will do everything possible to ship your order within two business days! Actual shipping costs will be charged. |
