A note from Bonnie:
I opened this shop in 1989 not knowing how much fun it would be. I still have fun with the customers, the amazing yarns and the incredible array of patterns and accessories. I wish everyone who reads this could come in to the shop to see and feel the yarn. The yarn balls are like little cats - they love to be petted.
Peggy, my assistant, and the other staff are great at answering questions about patterns, yarns and techniques as well as teaching interesting classes. We are always learning new things that we can't wait to share with customers.
Every season the arrival of the sales reps makes me want to order every yarn in every color and the arrival of the big boxes makes me want to knit something in every yarn.
If I could find the kindly fairy godmother who would do all the things I don't like to do (bookkeeping, vacuuming and pricing among other mundane chores) I think I could just knit all day long.
